By accessing OS MasterMap data in its native compressed GML format (gz), and delivering it using Open Geospatial Consortium web service standards, FasterMap provides a solution which is fully scaleable to GB coverage in only 62 Gigabytes of disk space (topographic layer).

Furthermore, FasterMap works without data translation (so no risk of data loss), and without using a database, thereby keeping costs to a minimum.

Accessible from any GIS which implements OGC Web Map Service (1.1.0) and Web Feature Service (1.1) specifications (as clients), FasterMap provides the ideal solution, whether used with desktop or web based GI systems.
