Online Land Charges

Transformational Government (t-Gov) is the latest government initiative designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our public services. The electronic enablement of Land Charge searches, is one area where efficiency gains can be realised.

• Directly linking the NLIS channels to Innogistic’s back office application (FastCHARGES) is simple using the NLIS Module. Land charge searches submitted via the NLIS channels are electronically transferred to the FastCHARGES application for efficient processing by the land charges department.
