29 March 2007
Following an analysis of fire safety applications on the market, Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service have placed a contract with Innogistic for the leading CFRMIS (Community Fire Risk Management Information System) product.
The contract was placed under the South West Region Framework Agreement, which Innogistic secured in November 2006. The framework agreement, whilst primarily intended for the South West fire services, is open to any FRS in the country.
Andy Carter, Emergency Services Business Manager at Innogistic comments:
"I am really pleased that Norfolk have come on board, and am delighted that this has been done under the South West Framework agreement, which is clearly effective in serving the interests of FRS's nationwide. I look forward to working with Norfolk on the system roll-out"
