Innogistic Wins Coveted Star in Best Companies Awards 2009
05 February 2009
Its official! Innogistic, the Bristol based software developer, is a great place to work! In the recently published Best Companies 2009 list of winners, Innogistic has been awarded a One Star Accreditation.
Dave Roberts, Innogistic’s Managing Director said “This is a great award, I am very pleased indeed. Best Companies Accreditation is measured by asking the individual employees what they think about their workplace. The whole process is done anonymously so they can say exactly how they feel. It is for this reason that this award is particularly gratifying for me as it is based purely on the opinions of the staff and not an outside analyst”.
The ‘Michelin style’ elite accreditation system recognises qualifying organisations by a Star Rating. It measures what the organisers call “staff engagement” within the company by allowing each individual to provide their opinions, anonymously, on a range of different subjects. In order to have achieved this award, Innogistic needed to score a staff engagement rating of between 85% and 87%, which is a tough challenge for any company in these difficult times.
Dave continued by saying “As the Managing Director I am particularly proud that Innogistic has been given this award and I am very pleased that the whole team rate working here so highly”.
