E-mail integration enhances Concept 4000 CRM module

New e-mail logging/tracking facility for Concept Explorer is now installed and operational with a Concept 3000 client in Scotland.

This new feature which was developed jointly with Low & Duff developments in Arbroath is already giving the company significant benefits.

Automatic organisation of all incoming and outgoing emails against their customers, suppliers and agents means a huge amount of administration time is being saved. All personnel now have easy access to electronic communications and it is enabling them to give a high level of service throughout the organisation.
