Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service sign up with Innogistic

30 September 2006

Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service have joined an increasing number of brigades signing up to Innogistic. Cumbria FRS will be using Innogistic's CFRMIS (Community Fire Risk MIS) Software for managing their Technical and Community Fire Safety activities.

Steve Brain, head of the Community Risk Management Department, who was resonsible for evaluating different supplier offerings, comments:

"We took a close look at all the main supplier offerings on the market - but the final choice was straightforward, as CFRMIS was the most comprehensive system available! All but one of the fire services in the North West region already use CFRMIS which in the context of increased regional working is significant."
