Orchard and Innogistic sign landmark deal to deliver GIS to Housing Associations

Orchard Information Systems, the UK’s leading independent supplier of Housing Management Systems and geospatial experts, Innogistic, have signed a strategic partnership designed to deliver the benefits of GIS to the UK Housing Market.

John Doughty, Orchard's Sales Director comments:

"More and more Housing Associations are recognising the potential of GIS. The ability to visualise housing stock on a map, down to the detail of the building and its grounds, and thematically display information on tenancy status, maintenance records, energy efficiency, debt and so on, helps managers make more informed decisions about their stock.”

The agreement was signed on 16th April, at Orchard’s head office in Newcastle upon Tyne.
