Innogistic works with customers on Enforcement Management Model

Innogistic and its Fire & Rescue Service clients have been working together to improve the Enforcement Management process in the company's leading fire safety product (CFRMIS).

This will overhaul existing functionality and align CFRMIS with the enforcement of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and the statistical returns required by the department of Communities and Local Government.

Pete Wignall (Chair of Innogistic's CFRMIS User Group) from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, comments:


"I am delighted that Innogistic have responded so quickly in meeting the requirements of the National User Group, the revisions will underpin a consistent approach to the enforcement of the Fire Safety Order that will benefit both the occupiers of all non-domestic premises and the Fire & Rescue Services."


CFRMIS will provide a means of recording enforcement activity, the issue of legal Notices, relevant dates for compliance and details of Appeals.

This data will be associated with the FRS' premises record. The new developments will mean increased detail as well as accurate tracking of enforcement processes leading ultimately to robust evidence in support of prosecution action.
