The Planning Portal

The Planning Portal is the UK government's online planning and building regulations resource. Applications for plannning permission and building regulations are sent automatically from the Planning Portal to Innogistic's back office software.

NLIS

The National Land Information Service (NLIS) website provides electronic access to all the official sources of land and property information across the whole of England and Wales.

The Submit-a-Plan Website

Submit-a-Plan enables anyone with web access to submit building control applications electronically. These are sent directly to Innogistic's FastCONTROL application.

This online mapping site developed by Innogistic for the London Borough of Sutton, is an excellent example of how web based GIS systems can be used to publish typical local authority information.
