Innogistic were selected by the Department of Communities and Local Government to be the first supplier to provide platinum level integration to the Fire Gateway, as part of the e-Fire project.
The Fire Gateway allows businesses and members of the public to request a range of services from their local Fire and Rescue Service. These include requesting Home Fire Safety Checks, School and Community Visits, and for businesses, fire safety Self Assessments. Innogistic's Community Fire Risk MIS (CFRMIS) is integrated directly to the Fire Gateway, such that any requests entered into the portal are automatically loaded into CFRMIS for instant processing by the Fire and Rescue Service.
The Fire Gateway is the public web portal developed by DCLG as part of the e-Fire project. It provides users with online access to services provided by local Fire and Rescue Services, in addition to a variety of useful fire related content and links.
