e-Building Control

Transformational Government (t-Gov) is the latest government initiative designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our public services. The electronic enablement of key building control processes (e-Building Control) is a key tool by which local authorities can deliver on the t-Government agenda.

Innogistic provide a range of e-Building Control solutions:

• Linking between the Submit-a-Plan site and your back office building control application (FastCONTROL) is simple using Innogistic’s Submit-a-Plan Links module. Building Control Applications submitted on-line are passed through to FastCONTROL for efficient processing via the Resolution system.
• Significant efficiencies in Building Control can be delivered through the adoption of Mobile Working technology. Building Control surveys can be conducted directly on Personal Digital Assistants (PDA’s) and synchronised with Innogistic’s FastCONTROL application, thanks to a mobile solution developed in partnership with NDL-Metascybe.
