Innogistic’s Collision Analysis and Recording System (CARS) is a road traffic accident recording and analysis system. Developed in conjunction with local government highways departments and police forces, to efficiently and easily enter, store, analyse and report on road traffic accident data, the CARS application is the ideal tool for recording definitive accident details, and planning effective safety camera schemes.

Combining a comprehensive database, with advanced GIS mapping functionality, the CARS system, also incorporates tools for importing and exporting STATS19 records facilitating the easy sharing of accident data between local authorities and the police.
