Vehicle Accident Reporting

Innogistic’s Collision Analysis and Recording System (CARS) is a road traffic accident recording and analysis system. Developed in conjunction with local government highways departments and police forces, to efficiently and easily enter, store, analyse and report on road traffic accident data, the CARS application is the ideal tool for monitoring the effectiveness of road traffic calming measures. With built in GIS functionality, and tools to easily import and export STATS19 data, CARS facilitates easy sharing of accident data between local authorities and the police. CARS is based on Innogistic’s WINGS GIS system.
